AGM, Dinner Dance & Awards- 6th & 7th February 2010

This years Dinner Dance was attended by over 230 people where the Club's President Charles Morgan gave an entertaining speech reflecting on the Centenary Year and giving an update on the electric car and the Morgan statue.

Jean Lee presented the individual awards to 28 members for their contributions and achievements over last year at a variety of events. Click here for a list of the winners.

The spares fair on the Sunday morning was well attended with over 10 stalls selling a wide variety of items.
 

 

 

Classic Car Show - 13th to 15th November 2009

In this the Centenary Year of The Morgan Motor Company the Club's stand at the Classic Car Show exhibited a range of cars from over the years. It was appropriate that the 3 wheeler club shared our stand so that a both varients of the car could be seen. Click here for photos of the cars and stand.

At the end of the show we were delighted to be awarded the Classic and Sports Car Magazine "Club of the Year" trophy. Congratulations also go to John Gibson who won the "Car that broke the judges heart" award with his 1938 DHC.

 

 

Saint-Saturnin Classic British Welcome 

Many of the Classic British cars visiting Le Mans for the 24 hour race in June will enjoy the hospitality of the Community of Saint-Saturnin who this year are featuring our favourite make in tribute to the Centenary.  Go to www.classicbw.org to see why there is nowhere else to be on Friday 12 June.

 

Annual Dinner Dance & Awards 2009

This year's Dinner Dance and Presentation of Annual Awards for 2008 was held at the Abbey Hotel, Malvern on Saturday February 7th. Charles Morgan gave an entertaining speech with particular emphasis on the Morgan Centenary celebrations to be held this year. The Awards were presented to the winning recipients by Richard Smith. At the AGM held earlier all the officers of the club where re-elected with Brian Lee taking over as the new Chairman and Andrew Hirst becoming Vice Chairman.

 

 

 

 

MOG 2008 Cornwall

This years annual Morgan event was held in Cornwall and was blessed with good weather. It was a huge success and congratulations must go to TinMogs organising committee for their hard work in making it so enjoyable for all who attended

The Midland Centre Car Trial - Lintridge Farm

The Midlands Centre Car Trial was held at Lintridge Farm, Ledbury on Sunday 2nd March 2008. Amazingly enough the conidtions were good! Click here for photographs of the event.

Goodwood Revival - 31st August, 1st & 2nd September 2007
